About The Tea Leaf
The Tea Leaf tearoom and Training Academy was opened on the 30th September 2019, by the Mayor of Great Dunmow, Cllr Emma Marcus.
The tearooms were part of the Enterprise East Group CIC and are operated as a work-based training academy.
Our amazing team work together to offer individuals facing challenges and barriers to work, the opportunity to build confidence and self-belief, through some exceptional learning experiences, within the community.
We offer a range of excellent work-based training and placement opportunities. We are proud to provide experiences which enable individuals to gain a host of both transferable and specialist skills, specific to the Hospitality and Events sector.
